Erin Pray loves making others shine.

Whether she is behind a camera or a communications plan, her true passion is getting to the best of a person or a project.

Before joining Rhudy & Co. Erin served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Empowered Women International, a D.C.-based nonprofit that provides business training to immigrant, refugee and low-income women. As the outreach and communications manager, she highlighted and brought the women’s products to market through social media, fundraising, community partnerships and a series of campaign videos.

During her junior year at Virginia Commonwealth University, Erin traveled to Guatemala to develop a line of fair trade T-shirts and handbags with a Mayan women’s weaving cooperative. Returning to the United States, she led the campaign to promote, import and showcase the beautiful handcrafted woven products on her campus.

At Rhudy & Co., Erin leads our Video Practice Team. She relishes the opportunity to discover stories, passions and interests and then highlight them in video. Her talents for storytelling, project management and client service help ensure a positive filming experience and a polished, professional and engaging outcome.

Erin and her husband Bennett are the proud parents of a son, a daughter and their furry cat Zissou.
